Our ten year goal for residential property acquisition is to purchase three single dwelling homes and two residential complexes in developing or re-developing areas of the United States.  Then, through sound management principles, rent or lease long term these properties to qualifying individuals.  Our objective is to keep these properties affordable to lessees while maintaining a structural and aesthetic standard that is comparable to newer homes on the market today.  Our on hand management teams will work with the lessees to ensure that the overall condition of the properties are kept to or exceeds the standards of the general community surrounding the properties.  And, through regular modernization practices, ensure that the properties maintain a high market appreciation value.
