For those interested in properly capturing the effects of an exercise routine or program upon the body, it is best to photograph yourself both in clothes and fully in the nude.      Today begins an intention and a plan to better myself through an aggressive extreme workout routine. And, this page will photographically verify the results of this effort. Because I am a naturist at heart, this page will present fully nude full-body images that share the progress of muscular development, as I work to improve my overall physical conditioning. It is my belief that you can best judge the results of your efforts only when you are seeing the whole human being as he or she physically transforms his/her body with hardcore physical training.  

     The objective is simple, which I learned from the desert while exercising outside. I prefer exercising in the natural environment, with no clothes on when possible and with minimal loose clothing at all other times. I made it a point to deliberately never do the same exercise routine twice. And, this served me well, in mitigating the risk of sniper fire. It also taught me that you can make any environment an exercise haven. So long as your focus in on giving all that you got, seeking "muscle failure" with every work out. Whether its attempting to scale walls at an aggressive pace, squatting with a stack of bricks, or attempting to do semi-inverted push-ups from a rock, any environment can provide both cardio and weight development.

     I was born in the calendar year of 1967, and I've been exercising for years on end. Because I think young and behave young, the results of my present exercising have served me well. As you can see in the photos here. I have a slender frame by nature, so attempting to build massive bulk has not really been my focus. Instead, cardiovascular fitness health has been my thing. When it comes to the look of my physique, I am comfortable in my skin as I presently am at any and all times. But, I also learned a valuable lesson in the art of play. In personality, I'm a rather serious expression-ed soul most of the time. As, of course, you all know well. It occurred to me that the key to increased fitness for a lifetime, no matter what calendar age you are, is in re-learning how to play ... everyday, with a joyous smile. This translated in my mind as meaning never doing the same exercise twice in a row ... or even in a week. Avoiding the plateau and monotony of repetition is one of the keys to keeping motivated. And, if you watch children play, you'll see how true this statement is.

     So, I've decided to embark on a journey of discovery, something I've been contemplating for awhile now. Pushing myself in a way that I haven't really. Seeking to see just how much muscular development I can get through these revelations about exercising. My belief is that in several short weeks I can be at the best state of health and muscular development that I have ever been in my life. And, that by re-habitualizing the habit of play, I can maintain this state of health, regardless of calendar age. I've done pretty well thus far, so I'm now game for ... taking it to the next level. And, I believe that by continuing this approach to exercise, I'll be able to maintain continuously and rather effortlessly the level of muscular development I have achieved, through the patterned habit of pushing it all the way every time. And, never doing the same things twice in any recent period.      For now, this page demonstrates and verifies the start and, eventually, the 90 day results. Keep a look out for these photos, when the time comes to for me to take them and show them. I am eagerly looking forward to this! Life is about exploring that which we haven't explore, trying that which we haven't yet tried. So, here I go. Embarking on something new, because I want to know. The Five Things That Keep Me Young (and Vibrant!)

     People are regularly surprised to learn that in calendar years I am in the big four ohs (40s for those needing clarification), for most that have seen my photos and movies or have met me or worked with me in person think that I'm in the upper twenties or early thirties bracket. And, I can understand why with my younger twenties outlook on life and physical behaviors. You see, I've learn through the years that time is very relative. I've also learned that most of us are truly a product of our thoughts and behaviors, as well. So, because I care about your level of health, I want to share what keeps me looking twenty-thirty -some. I'm not special in some way that gives me an advantage, I assure. In fact, I have to take a few extra steps to ensure that I'm getting what I need to be healthy, diet and stress wise. So, you can chock my state of health up to five specific mental/behavior things that I maintain on a daily basis. Which means, that if you adopt these things, you too will remain youthful well into your years. Here are the five things ...

     Raw Foods (organic, whole-food supplements) - my diet primarily consists of raw, unprocessed, preservative-free foods. organically grown whole food vegestables and fruitsIn addition to fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, organic cereals, etc, I also eat things such as Spirulina (blue green algae), different types of seaweed (fresh, preferably, and dried), raw fish, eggs (including the yokes), coral calcium, and real butter. I avoid milk, because it's one of the worst ways to acquire much needed calcium in our diets and produces gas. If I eat meats, it's kosher meats and, no, I don't mix meat and cheese together. Because we need dietary supplements to boost our food quality back up to pre-industrialization levels of nutrients, I also take whole food supplements, which are basically whole organic foods compressed into the size of a capsule.

     Exercise (high intensity, posture, sex, sunlight) - there is not enough than can ever be said about the need for high intensity exercise, like Taebo (where strength-training is combined with aerobics in a one hour non-stop high paced exercise experience) or martial arts turned aerobic, and any other exercise sport that achieves this that you personally preference. Everybody needs it, at least an hour a day, six days a week, regardless their age, and even more so as we advance in calendar years. Breathing deeply is key to good exercise, and so is developing and maintaining throughout the day good posture at all times. I also include sex in this category, because sex is wholesomely energetic and invigorating, and both good sex and exercise produces growth hormone (at any age you may be). And, to facilitate the body's natural production of Vitamin D through sunlight photosynthesis, I try to get at least one hour of full body nude time in the sunlight (without sunscreens) every day or as close to nude as I can under the situations. Sunlight is completely beneficial to you in mindful doses and increases physical health in many ways, regardless what the social pharmaceutical controlled medical establishment dogma says about it.

     Meditation (deep breathing, theta sound, music) - my nightly ritual includes a sitting or laying in a comfortable position against a wall, on a bed, in a recliner either nude or loosely clothed an settling/quieting down into a mindfully quietly aware state of Presence within my surroundings. If thoughts occur, I observe them and let them go without judgment, bringing myself back to awareness of my deep breathing. The whole intent here is to relax completely, become fully aware of this eternal ever-changing moment we exist and live in. During my nightly meditations, I focus on deep diaphragm controlled breathing exercises, and will use either soft new age music, environmental sounds (such as forests, or streams, etc), or theta sound waves to deepen my meditation to that of an awake theta level state of mind. If you don't know what this is, recommend you learn about transcendental meditation. Meditation allows the body to heal from daily stresses, the mind to process what it's experienced, and the human to awaken to a fuller experience of him/her-self, much different from the image and style conscious experiencing we have of ourselves throughout the day. Do it and in time you'll understand the importance of thirty minutes (or more) of meditation in your life every day.

     Photo-reading (whole mind use and education, visualization) - I really cannot say enough about the benefits of learning to read with your whole mind, both left and right hemispheres reading at the same time. The reason for this is the benefits are just too numerous. For one, you're absorbing large amounts of written passages directly into your whole mind, rather than trying to read them word for word or sentence for sentence through the left hemisphere analytical conscious filters. For two, because you have to make multiple passes through the material for comprehension doing it this way (it's faster than normal reading), your level of understanding and comprehension is much deeper and more meaningful in a practical way in your life. Three, you also have to make use of your mental visualization abilities, feeling the passages, developing a mental picture of what you're reading about, the more motion picture like the better, and this develops the creative side of your brain. Photo-reading improves the health of the mind and this is scientifically proven, and through this it also increases the over all health of the body, and affects your ability to learn and interact in a more productive way in most every other part of life. It's worth letting go all you've been taught and learning all over again. You'll benefit from it!

     Inner Thoughts and Convictions (what I believe, attitude, smiling) - and this is probably the most important thing you or I or anyone else can do for oneself to improve your health and any other aspect of your life. What we think we become, this is a proven daily by us and those around us. Ever heard the saying 'you have to believe it to see it'? Well, this is the most crucial awareness I have of myself every day - paying attention to what I am thinking and believing. Because, to experience things, you must put your focus on it. There is a principle, a law, at work here in this universe, called the law of attraction. And, it works by way of energy, every cellular reaction in the body produces an electromagnetic wave, every thought we have produces an electromagnetic wave, and the frequencies of theses waves determines what is attracted into our lives on a daily basis. Matching frequencies attract, and if you want to remain youthful, then you need to become very aware of a thinking dysfunction that is deeply prevalent throughout modern society. First of all, we all need to practice the art of smiling and laughter, positive energy heals the body and improves relationships. We also need to pay attention to what we believe at the core of our being when it comes to health and growth.

     The best way I can share awareness of the social dysfunction that leads to individual and social poor health is to share a teaching given me by a highly energetic youthful 147 year old man (when I first met him on the islands, I literally thought he was 60 - boy, was I wrong!). To summarize our talks, his teaching to me was this, "Starting at a very young age, most people succumb early to a collective social dysfunction of thinking. And, most people are thinking themselves into 'old age' and 'poor health'. The truth is, we are designed physically as a species to grow to maturity, and live youthfully healthy for an indefinite number of years! Provided we are not killing ourselves with wrongful thought or lacking what we physically need for health and survival. If you want proof of this, just look without judgment for a moment at everything around you. Trees, flowers, fish, dogs, bees, they all do it ... grow quickly to maturity and then live in a constantly energetic state of youthful simple minded being, until life dictates a closing of their time. And, these days, with all this advancement of modern science, we can now see how true it is what been taught in the ancient times before. Science demonstrates that our thoughts directly affect the state of our being, that we are directly communicating to our bodies how we want to physically be by the images and beliefs we have of ourselves and others...."

     His words forever changed my outlook on life, and is a motivating reason for why, at least I think, I am as youthful as I am today. I literally see myself as twenty-some, just a kid in a wholesomely horny adult male body, who is in love with life and is here in this world to live ... period! And, for as long as the breath is within me, I continuously and deliberately intend to live as youthfully and healthily as possible. Humans are the slowest creatures to reach 'maturity', the average these days being in our sixties or seventies, and with the right image in our minds it can be a youthful looking, feeling, behaving life from this point on ... if we really want this. And, if you ever wondered why, this is why you'll find women and men among us who are of a very advanced calendar age, in their hundreds, who don't look it (as far as what the social dysfunction says we should look like at that age), who are youthful as school girls and boys, and are physically healthy out there working like the rest of us. Because, they understand, you have to believe first to see the results of this belief. Our bodies respond to the beliefs we hold, and this is how miracles happen in our lives.

Social Nudity Is Healthy!  Click this photo to see a beautiful example of nude gardening - yes I am the gardener by nature!     I truly and firmly believe that display of nudity is an expression of healthiness and wellness of mind. And, that this applies in those private moments when you're alone, within the home with families, and in more public places, like earthy playgrounds (parks and beaches) clubs and what not, while socializing with larger social groups. We're talking about nudity for the simple joy and comfort that comes with being naked and the positive body-affirming self-esteem it produces in yourself and, by your example, in others. Being naked is a wholesome and sacred behavior and experiencing, and being socially naked can be considered a morally appropriate way of being, a spiritual act. I believe this to be so and consider my displays of nudity to be a sacred act done in sacred space (everywhere I'm naked becomes sacred space) through my lifestyle of being wholesomely nude every opportunity I get. I truly believe that collectively we as humans are taking our ideals and personal beliefs about nudity way too seriously, the majority of it being negative in perspective. And, embracing our nakedness openly would heal a lot of the mental dysfunctions and abuses that are tied to negative views of the body within our society.

     I believe social nudity would change how we relate with one another in a more loving and constructive way. The deepened sense of our oneness would be awakened by the awareness that, without the images of apparel, we're really all a lot like each other underneath. Of course, we all know this already. But, for whatever reason it may be, we are ashamed of this, when we really should be reveling in it. Societal clothes-optional living can restore this balance. I believe that a more positive and accepting attitude towards clothes-optional living would encourage more proactive behaviors toward health and exercise within societies. For clothing is far too often connected to a lack of comfort with the body, and such negative thinking leads to lack of care for our sacredness. Clothing often increases the mind-set to sexualize the body, by equating nudity with sex, as if they are one and the same. Which, of course, they are not. Tolerance for nudity in social public settings encourages a more balanced healthier perspective about our bodies, and this leads to better health through positive life-affirming thinking. And, there are enough examples in society that demonstrate this is true. Naturist groups often live by a stricter moral code of conduct than much of society in general.

     So, I affirm that my displays of nudity, both online and in person, are an exercise in sacred living. And, my birthday suit oriented behaviors are intended not just for my comfort, but for the edification and healing of others, as well. For me being socially naked, both non-sexually and in sexually revealing ways, is a moral obligation - a sacred ritual act in progress. And, I publicly display myself accordingly as opportunities arise for this.
